Understanding the Aequitex Registration Process
We treat all the information you provide on our platform as strictly confidential. Invoice buyers will not have access to your company details.
Before Registration
Before proceeding with your registration as an invoice seller via Aequitex, please note the following minimum requirements that must be met in order for your invoices to be approved for sale by us:
- Only companies registered in Switzerland and based in Switzerland can sell their invoices via Aequitex.
- The invoices must be issued to debtors whose companies are also registered in Switzerland and have their registered office in Switzerland.
- The due date of the invoices must be in the future. Overdue invoices or invoices that are already more than 50% past their due date will no longer be accepted.
- Only invoices in CHF can be sold.
Tip: Invoices with an invoice amount between CHF 2,500 and CHF 25,000 are currently best sold via our platform.
